Facial cupping- Add facial cupping to your appointment for $20. 15 minutes will be added to your total session length. I use gentle silicone cups along the muscles of your face and neck. This treatment is great for relieving sinus pressure, encouraging lymphatic drainage, easing symptoms of TMJ disorder, and reducing undereye bags, fine lines and wrinkles. It also just feels so good!
Abdominal cupping- Add abdominal cupping to your appointment for $20. 15 minutes will be added to your total session length. I use silicone cups around your stomach. This treatment can help relieve gastro-intestinal isuues, including bloating, acid reflux, cramping, gas, constipation, and diarrhea. Abdominal cupping can also help with menstrual pain and increases lymphatic drainage.

Nap Time- Add on 30 minutes of rest time tailored to your specifications. I will end the massage and set you up and then leave the room for 30 minutes. Don't let the word "Pilates" scare you. This is a class for beginners. We move slower and offer more demonstrations. This is a class that can be modified or intensified depending on your fitness level. You do not need to know any Pilates in order to take this class.
You will get your heart pumping with low impact cardio movements, tone your muscles with high rep/low or no weight resistance sets, and strengthen your entire core!

PILATES 101: Modifications
This is a 6 week workshop designed for anyone who
is completely new to exercise
is recovering from an injury or illness
is dealing with chronic pain
has mobility limitations that prevent certain movements
In this class we will really focus on form, slowing things down, moving our bodies safely and comfortably to build confidence, strength, and technique. This class will be taught as a six week workshop, with instructions on exercises to practice at home between in-person sessions. Class size will be small to maximize individual attention.
This class can be done entirely standing--with some options to include mat work if and when desired. It will be WRIST AND SHOULDER AND KNEE FRIENDLY. That means no planks, no kneeling, no pushups, no deep squats or lunges, no getting up and down off the mat. Everything will be low impact. We will include fun and simple cardio to improve heart and lung health, endurance, and metabolism, and to give us that endorphin boost while we learn new movement patterns, stretch, practice balance and coordination, and strengthen the muscles that support our joints and core.
Exercise is not about being perfect; it is about treating your body the way it deserves to be treated. It's about learning when to push and when to rest, teaching your brain and your muscles how to communicate, and living a longer, happier, more pain-free life. Our goal is always just taking the next step, and finding joy in movement. We all start somewhere, and sometimes that means making modifications so that we are always working at our level.

Hatha Yoga
Enjoy a morning of slow flow warming up the body, mind and spirit for the weekend. The focus is in connecting with the body versus perfecting a pose, learning what your body needs in the moment, which shifts day to day. Leave feeling refreshed and ready to step into your day.
Yin Yoga
An evening of yin yoga to restore and replenish before the beginning of the week. Yin yoga targets the deep tissues of the body while in static postures, mostly on the mat. The benefits to the body continue even after the class and the practice strengthens the mental ability to be in the moment.
Aligned Vinyasa
In this class you will move with intention as you flow through a series of poses and connect with your breath. Movements will be fluid and challenging, yet slow and intentional. I hope you’ll leave feeling aligned, strong, and grounded.
